The softness, velvet and subtle French aromas combine their notes with the Mediterranean rotundity of the Monastrell; which puts its TERROIR<\/strong><\/p>\n From estates located at 430 m altitude, in the region of El Comtat, inland north of Alicante, but as with the rest of Alicante, with some marine influence despite its distance from the Mediterranean Sea due to the orientation of its valleys. Limestone soils, with relatively cold winters and hot summers and a certain scarcity of rain.<\/p>\n Aging: <\/span>7 months in American and French oak barrels.<\/p>\n 6 months in bottle (minimum)<\/p>\n Intense cherry red in color, its very fine and nuanced nose (the balsamic aromas transport us to the depths of the Alicante Mountains), prepares us for the key experience we feel when tasting Serrella.
