PROCESSING (GRANVAS METHOD)
This sparkling wine is produced using the “Granvas” method, a process that accentuates its fresh aromas and balanced acidity, giving it a distinctive personality. Unlike other winemaking methods, Granvas keeps the natural characteristics of the Muscat grape intact.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a delicate crown that remains in the glass, a sign of its quality.
Nose: Combines a perfect integration between carbonic and acidity, allowing the natural expression of the Muscatel. Aromas of apple, citrus and subtle hints of tropical fruit stand out, with nuances of honey, aniseed and a light background of pastries.
Palate: Dry and slightly acidic entry, this sparkling wine offers freshness from the first sip. It is long and balanced on the palate, with an intense fruity expression in the retronasal phase that completes a smooth and pleasant experience.
Grape Variety and Region
Bahía de Dénia Brut Nature is made from Moscatel grapes, a variety native to the Marina Alta in Alicante, known for its fresh aromas and unique aromatic profile, reflected in an exceptional way in this sparkling wine.
Pairing and Serving Temperature
This sparkling wine is ideal for celebrations, as well as to accompany fish, seafood, fresh salads and appetizers. Its freshness and acidity make it perfect for delicate flavors. It is recommended to be served between 7 and 10ºC.
