At Degrados we wanted to go a step further in our gins and expand our range with a truly unique gin, providing a fusion between the most prized and recognized red forest fruit, the strawberry, with an excellent and characteristic taste and our gin, with a refined and grateful flavor, hence the birth of Gilkon’s Strawberry Gin Gilkon’s Rosé.

Gilkon’s Rosé is a Strawberry Gin with an appealing crystalline pink color. A gin for those who want something new, where the contribution of strawberry gives it a seductive and exceptional taste in the mouth, filling the palate with placid and contradictory sensations.

Tasting notes: Gilkon’s Rosé has the perfect fusion of flavors between strawberry, fantastic red fruit, and traditional gin. The nose is dominated by the aroma of strawberry, highlighting in the background the special touch of juniper native to the Sierra de Mariola and the aroma of ripe citrus. The palate is clean, with strawberry very present, perceiving juniper and slightly coriander.
