Gin EVER is a singular and unique gin. The spirit of Gin EVER is made up of 10 botanical elements specially chosen for their quality and uniqueness. The mountains of Alicante have historically been very profuse in botanical species, and from here Gin EVER takes its own variety of juniper, so particular, rosemary and mint. To these are added the sweet orange rind and the lemon rind, which confer a route between native products that are complemented by other ingredients of indisputable quality, such as cardamom from India, coriander from Morocco, angelica and mint.
Obtained in a completely traditional way, Gin EVER is distilled in a traditional copper still from a grain distillation process in three phases. The first phase comprises only some of the elements that give the product character. The arrival of the second phase manages to give Gin EVER its characteristic softness, so that with the third phase only the heart is used. As a result of this careful and traditional elaboration, Gin EVER was awarded the Gold Medal by the International Contest CINVE 2012 and CINVE 2013, an international contest whose jury is made up of experts from 30 countries.
Tasting Notes: Brilliant and crystalline in appearance, Gin EVER conquers the senses the moment it reaches the glass. On the nose, the aromas of the natural park are finely orchestrated by the baton of a very characteristic juniper, which gives way to the soft aromatic notes of native plants and Mediterranean citrus. On the palate it is clean and very smooth, harmonious and tremendously intense, all the elements that stand out on the nose become a consistent and well-structured mixture where rosemary accompanies the aromatic aspects of the product.
Recommendations: Due to its aroma and softness Gin EVER is ideal to drink alone or with ice.
