With its 40º, Ned Barrels Gin is very well consumed over ice, savoring its complex notes. Being in contact with the barrel, the body of the gin is rounded and softened, achieving a pleasant and less pungent taste on the palate. At Degrados, we know that what defines a good gin is the body of the juniper, on the one hand, and the botanicals with which it is distilled, on the other. Therefore, the maturation of Ned Barrels Gin in barrels is just the right and necessary so that it does not lose the character of the botanicals, always adding the flavor provided by the wood.

The best way to enjoy Ned Barrels Gin is in a balloon glass, with two ice cubes, lemon rind and chilled tonic. Hold the braided spoon (with the tip of the spoon touching the bottom of the glass) and with a gentle tilt, add the tonic little by little through the spoon so that the bubbles are preserved. Then stir gently and enjoy a new flavor full of nuances.
